Are your perfumes really genuine?
Yes — 100%. We only sell authentic stock sourced from retailers clearing overstock. Original bottles, original packaging, batch codes intact. See our Authenticity Promise for the full story.
Why are your prices so much lower than the high street?
We buy surplus stock in bulk from retailers who over-ordered and can't sell it through their own channels. Because we pay well below wholesale, we can sell well below retail. The discount comes from the sourcing — not the product.
Are the bottles sealed?
Yes. Stock arrives to us as it left the brand — boxed and sealed. Every bottle is checked before dispatch.
Are these testers or decants?
No. We sell full retail stock only — never testers sold as retail, never decants, never refills.
Can I verify authenticity myself?
Absolutely. Every bottle carries its original batch code, which you can check against the manufacturer's records or an independent batch-code service.
What if a fragrance is out of stock?
Our stock depends on what retailers are clearing, so quantities are limited and restocks aren't always possible. If you see something you want, don't wait.
What's your returns policy?
