All orders are dispatched from the UK. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Fragrances are classed as dangerous goods for transport, so we ship via fully compliant carriers — this is standard for all perfume retailers.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Faulty, damaged, or not as described? Contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This includes our authenticity guarantee — if you're not satisfied your bottle is genuine, you'll be refunded in full.
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless they're faulty. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
