Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

 

Change of mind — You may return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us with your order number to arrange the return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

 

Faulty, damaged, or not as described — If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

 

Authenticity guarantee — Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine. If you are not satisfied that your bottle is authentic, contact us — you will be refunded in full.

 

Opened items — For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Refund processing — Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
