Refund policy

Change of mind — You may return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us with your order number to arrange the return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

 

Faulty, damaged, or not as described  If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

 

Authenticity guarantee — Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine. If you are not satisfied that your bottle is authentic, contact us — you will be refunded in full.

 

Opened items — For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Refund processing — Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
