Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from the UK.

 

Processing — Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Carriers — Perfume is classed as a dangerous good for transport (due to alcohol content), so we ship exclusively with fully compliant carriers. This is standard practice for all fragrance retailers.

 

Issues with delivery — If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
